Roger Loesel is originally from Michigan and after graduating from high school went into the US Army Infantry program. Roger excelled in the program and was chosen to enter the US Army Ranger program and was stationed at Hunter Army Air Field in Savanna GA. Roger credits the US Army for the work ethic and ability to over come hurdles that he brings to every transaction.
After 4 years of active service in the Ranger program Roger retired and moved to Ohio. In Ohio Roger attended Northern Kentucky University and studied Marketing. Roger got into real estate in 2007 and was able to build an investment portfolio in one of the worst real estate markets the United States has seen.
In 2009 Roger Loesel got his Ohio Real Estate license and specialized in working with Ohio Real Estate Investors looking for Ohio OREO’s.
Roger has the skills, knowledge, and experience that allows him to price assets even when they need major repairs.
For more than a decade, Roger had been honing his craft in real estate. His goal is to help Ohio residents solve real estate problems through education and transparency. He is currently serving both markets for Columbus and Lima Ohio.
